For regular sessions, I typically like to keep my travel under 2 hours (I do charge a small travel fee).

For weddings, anything over 30 miles, I charge federal mileage. Any locations requiring more extensive travel, please reach out and let's chat!

For weddings, I require a 30% non-refundable deposit with a signed contract to secure your date. The balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.

For all other portrait sessions, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date. The balance is due the day of your session.

I do have a small client closet mostly for women and a few pieces for children which is accessible to all clients. I also can individually work with you to figure out what works and doesn't work. Feel free to send photos of clothing options. My best advice is to keep it simple and comfortable, and colors/patterns need to go with each other not necessarily match perfect.

I want you to have a great experience. Expect to interact with each other with prompts and guidance by me. Don't worry about how to pose or if the kids are smiling. Let me handle all of that and just relax and have fun!

Erie weather is unpredictable at times. It could be sunny, raining and snowing all in one day! If we are expecting bad weather, we will wait until the last moment possible to reschedule or we can move indoors to my North East, Pa studio.

For weddings, expect to receive a sneak peek within 1 week of your wedding and your final gallery between 6-8 weeks.

For all other portrait sessions, expect to receive a sneak peek within 1 week of your session and your final gallery within 2-3 weeks.

I do light retouching on every image...a few blemishes here and there, etc. Anything more extensive might be an extra fee depending on how time consuming or whether I need to outsource the edits. I do not change anything in the clients realm of control...body shapes, clothing colors, hair roots, etc. If you need anything clarified regarding this topic, please reach out.

You have 6 months to download your online gallery. After 6 months, the gallery will be deleted from my website. You also have the option to purchase a flash drive with your photos on it for $25.

I do keep your session for 1 year in my archives, but after that it is deleted to make room for new sessions. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding downloading your gallery.

I do offer seasonal mini sessions. These vary from year to year. I post sign ups on Facebook and Instagram usually a few weeks prior. The best way to stay in the loop and be guaranteed a spot is to follow me on social media!
